Thank you for purchasing a Neo PC (Desktop and/or Laptop) and welcome to NEO CLUB!

NEO CLUB is an on-line community of Neo PC Owners, specifically created to provide Neo PC Owners with an informal venue to be acquainted with each other and share information in a friendly yet professional environment.

As a NEO CLUB Member (also known as Member), you must provide a valid e-mail address and agree to adhere to the following Site Rules and Regulations:

USAGE OF SITE
To have full site access, the Member should have bought a Neo PC (Desktop and/or Laptop) within a five-year period. After five years, some areas may no longer be accessible to the Member, unless a new Neo PC (Desktop and/or Laptop) was purchased.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Members right to use the service or to designate users is not transferable and is subject to such conditions and limitations established by Neo/Digital Playground. The Member may not reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, publish, or otherwise transfer, or commercially exploit, any information, software or other content which they received through the Site.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER COMMUNICATIONS
Neo/Digital Playground will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to Neo/Digital Playground. Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential and Neo/Digital Playground may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by Neo/Digital Playground.

CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE
Neo/Digital Playground may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Members.

The following is a partial list of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the NEO CLUB Site:

Offensive: Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment, threatening or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. Pornography or Sexually Explicit Material.
	 Junk Mails, Chain Letters or Unsolicited Mass Mailing 
	 False and Misleading Information. Promotes illegal activities and or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work (example: pirated computer programs and music) 
	 Commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes. 
	 Derogatory remarks about Neo/Digital Playground, its products and/or services.

PURCHASE FROM THE SITE
The NEO CLUB Member agrees to assume full and unconditional responsibility for all obligations and charges incurred for any purchases made through the Site accessed through the Members Username and Password. The Member agrees to indemnify Neo/Digital Playground against liability for any and all use of Members account.

PRESS RELEASES
All press releases and other materials presented or released that are contained on the Site were, to the best of Neo/Digital Playgrounds knowledge, timely and accurate when issued. However, the passage of time can render information stale, and you should not rely on the continued accuracy of any such material beyond the date of issuance.

LINK TO OTHER SITES
This site may provide a link to other sites by allowing the user to leave the site to access third-party material. Neo/Digital Playground has no discretion to alter, update or control the content on a linked site and it is also not an endorsement or affiliation with the site, its owners or its providers. User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, transmission of personal data provisions, and other provisions that differ from the provisions provided on the Site. Neo/Digital Playground is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

CHANGES TO RULES AND REGULATIONS
Neo/Digital Playground reserves the right to revise these Rules and Regulations at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Rules and Regulations.

VIOLATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
Neo/Digital Playground reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.

USE OF "COOKIE" FILE FEATURES 
Neo/Digital Playground reserves the right to store information on a user's computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file for purposes of modifying the Site to reflect users' preferences.

JURISDICTION/GOVERNING LAW 
Users of this Site agree to submit to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable federal law without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
