COMPANY ROOTS
The NEO brand was launched in May of 2003 during the PLDT CyberMadness event, the biggest PC & Internet festival in the country. NEO notebooks followed later that year, establishing itself as the leading brand of Intel Centrino-based notebooks all the way to 2004.
NEO Manufacturing and Services was formally incorporated as a company in January of 2008. The same year also saw the birth of NEO’s targeted marketing strategy with the launch of its primary notebook product lines – Basic, Vivid, and Elan.
NATIONWIDE SCOPE
Between 2004 to the present, four NEO showrooms have been opened nationwide, two in Metro Manila and one each in Cebu and in Davao, to showcase NEO’s product offerings and deliver after-sales service or “NEO Care” in these key areas.
NEO is committed to making its products available to everyone with a need for a reliable mobile computing solution, and to date we have more than 80 dealer partners throughout the country. Many of these partners are also authorized to provide service and support on our behalf, increasing our after-sales reach to areas not covered by our NEO showrooms which double as service centers.
